The entire Budget process. Oversee the entire revenue Cycle Process, including changing all of the vendors and replacing a BIG 4 Consulting company that was managing the Revenue Cycle Department and increase cash collections or maintain cash despite declining volume. Handle all the Third Party reimbursement issues including Medicare and Medicaid rate issues.
