Daily Duties at Sunshine's Coffee Shop:
Ran day to day operations, monitored and measured quality assurance while providing a quality experience and product to each customer. Prepared, issued orders to control inventory levels to maximize cash flow, while avoiding stockoutages. Created new menu items, promotional events, pricing strategy, and mentored and coached all employees to ensure the Sunshine’s mission was being implemented. Ran all aspects of business from opening to closing.
