The solicitation, production and design of a full calendar of events ranging from 4 multi-day multi-venue signature events, to third party organization of venue rental. Oversight of 26 temporary employees for event production. Negotiate and contract sponsors, venues and entertainers to clearly define goals, expectations and payment schedules.
