Contracted government employee to the Program Manager Special Programs. Developed acquisition strategies and plans for the development, testing, production, and fielding of assigned systems. Provided management and administrative support to the Integrated Product Teams and Working Groups. Provided expedited acquisition support for assigned projects. Provided assistance in the preparation of project management plans, scopes of work, government cost estimates and other project related documents.
