Daily Duties at Department Of The Army:
Manage cost, schedule, and performance of assigned projects/programs and combat evaluations in assigned business unit for the Program Manager Special Programs. Work with combat developers to ensure capabilities meet requirements of the stakeholders. Develop and manage multiple customer/vendor relationships to ensure business unit success. Plan and participate in all major program events including milestone decision briefings, in-process reviews, and independent and operational testing. Execute in excess of $4M annually in investment dollars within the business unit. Developed a test protocol that is now used as the testing standard. Serve as a Contracting Officer Representative, as needed, ensuring all assigned contracts are executed within scope.
