Daily Duties at Eclipsys Corporation Now Allscripts:
Supported sales activities within geographic territory including training, developing, and supporting end-users in the health care space. Supported EMR reps selling LAN, 802.11 Cisco wireless and infrastructure products including Cisco Call Manager VoIP hardware and Unified Communications software solutions. Develop and design technical solutions; used for internet access, VoIP and RFID initiatives, support the implementation of these solutions including unified communications and call center applications. Deliver pre/post sales technical presentations, product sales presentations and demonstrations to enterprise clients. Responsible for all wireless, network infrastructure and VoIP RFP/RFQ responses also responsible for sales activities for remote hosting including hosted server’s and storage components. Managed and met sales quota objectives. Successfully closed $1.2 million Vocera VoIP opportunity, the largest commercial Vocera transaction in company’s history. Successfully closed an 800 Cisco wireless AP opportunity to support the VoIP project. I also provided project management and technical support during project installation. Supported the customer through the entire process of the project with direct interface. I obtained target as directed. Achieved 100% of quota.
