Daily Duties at Motorola Solultions:
Develop new wirleess opportunities within the southeast region. Retired quota of $9,000,000. Supported all sales and channel sales activities within geographic territory including training, developing, and supporting end-users as well as channel partners in all vertical markets including wireless handsets. Supported wireless and TEAM (Total Enterprise Access Mobility) wireless VoIP solutions consisting of both hardware and software to retail and healthcare and retail verticals. Demonstrated effective sales for Motorola’s fixed wire less solutions (WIMAX, Mesh, Point to Point, Point to Multipoint) and WLAN based 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless solutions in support of mobile computer sales and RTLS (RFID) projects. Deliver pre/post sales technical presentations, product sales presentations and demonstrations to enterprise clients. Developed and designed technical solutions; support the implementation of these solutions. Acted as escalation advocacy role for partners and customers for technical issues to drive resolution and assure customer satisfaction. I had responsibility for all wireless and VoIP RFP/RFQ responses. Provided support to additional account managers to help close sales using security compliance through the AirDefense Intrusion Protection System’s, and Firewall’s. I was lead project manager during the deployment phase. I had responsibility for PCI/HIPPA/SOX education. Managed and met sales quota objectives. I was 110% of quota on a nine million dollar assignment for the year.
