Entry level support for employee relations, applicant support, onboarding and reduction of force of 3000+ seasonal employees, assist with interviews, recruiting, screening, medical benefits, distribution of perks, creating and processing job requisitions, creating and managing offer letters, budgeting, new employee and candidate interactions and orientation presentations.
