Daily Duties at White Bros Inc:
Supervisor I directly supervised crews of 20-50 men to reconstruct existing highways and revitalize an abandoned hospital and its surrounding grounds. I dealt with local owners, engineers, and architects to construct waterlines, drainage systems, underground communication network, parking lots, and gravel and finish pavement. Provided daily reports that tracked performance and production which was used for billing owners. I was responsible for daily payroll and job costing.
