Daily Duties at Southern Maine Sitework:
Supervisor Directly responsible for daily supervision of crews (15-20 men ) , allocating men and resources within sub-divisions/ commercial sites along with daily tracking of employees’ times and proper job costing. Daily payrolls, production quanties and daily reports were a must. Daily work environment includes (but not limited to) home site packages, commercial sites, or MDOT / turnpike highway rehabilitation. Negotiations with land/home owners regarding additional work at site and authorization for reimbursements.
