Provided technical and construction management support of a large $3.4B multi partner construction joint venture on a grass-roots heavy oil upgrader. Oversaw the concrete supply, materials testing and surveying contractors. Assisted in the administration of governmental regulatory permits required for the project, Right of Way crossings and multi discipline technical assistance for the site wide activities.
