Daily Duties at Remedi Senior Care:
Provided leadership guidance to the whole pharmacy operations team of over 100+ employees which includes pharmacists, technicians, engineers, quality control department, customer service department, supply chain department and machine operators. Accountable steward for the pharmacy operations of over 60 million dollars in total revenue. Led various teams in the pharmacy including the customer facing team/ account managers, medical records, consulting services, and IV services. Responsible for achieving department goals in volume, production, quality, customer service, electronic and manual orders, monthly cycle exchanges and on-time completion of daily delivery runs, and exceeding the financial budget. Serves as the pharmacist in charge providing advice on issues pertaining to clinical pharmacology and other bio-pharmaceutical issues. Resolve previously unresolved problems involving specific drug issues and customer issues. Arranges for training of team members. Advises other professionals in the pharmacy, and long term care industry on pharmacy related issues.
