• Developed training and procedural manuals to ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies. • Created financial models to ensure effective allocation of corporate expenses among departments based on service level agreements in conformance with GAAP and corporate procedures. • Produced cash flow projections for over and project-by-project cash flow analysis. • Adjusted the cash forecast on a monthly basis in relation to established budgets on all cash disbursements and cash receipts.
