• Assumed all responsibilities relating to the organizations asset management system which also involved extensive maintenance of fixed asset and holding account schedules. • Analyzed and recorded all intercompany activity relating to fixed assets prior to month end close. • Reconciled all asset and liability accounts relating to specific management organizations including, but not limited to, bank, miscellaneous receivables, payroll, utility and investment accounts • Analyzed, calculated and accrued for all contract labor utilized within multiple hospital departments. • Improved monthly closing procedures by documenting and revising existing processes for depreciation and allocation to various departments. • Assumed all general ledger activity in preparation for close from inception of journal entries to financial statement preparation, whilst monitoring and reviewing key account balances. • Actively participated in interim audit prior to year end by effectively assisting auditors in meeting audit and tax preparation deadlines by designating and delegating assignments according to prepared PBC list. • Prepared and distributed financial reports to all designated senior managers within scheduled deadlines.
