Daily Duties at Innisbrook:

Support the Vice-President and Sales Management team with administrative functions. Provide creative content for fundraising promotions, sales materials, and marketing campaigns Develop email templates, business correspondence, forms, policy and procedures guidelines. Event planning, including team building, travel arrangements, site selection, menu coordination, and meeting agendas Prioritize and manage multiple projects as needed Write and produce annual prize video distributed to customers Develop all customer and internal communication Manage Consultant, Parent, and Chairperson Portals as well as Social Media Sites Develop prize program to motivate sellers.
