Daily Duties at Ardeal Research Institute, Inc:
• Spearheaded Institute’s scientific strategy associated with life science based regional economic development projects. • Key leadership role as a project director in grant proposals submitted to NC state agencies. • Set up bioassay service lab for the local startup biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. I am the key person for all the scientific and business development side of the Institute. I joined this institute to get more entrepreneurial experience during my MBA /NC Biotechnology Industry Fellow program. As the board of directors could not generate seed money, I left this institute to concentrate on MBA and stay close to family in Winston-Salem, NC.
