• Oversaw labor management for employees • Complete daily, weekly, monthly reports consisting of income revenue, expenditures, labor management, and new product launches • Managed inventory and submit findings to Regional Director Managed “P-CARD” accounts for employees and submit to corporate headquarters • Met with Regional Manager bi-weekly to discuss Quality Improvement metrics. Assisted Director in overall department operations
