Owner of Customer Experience vision with primary responsibility for aligning strategies across the overall enterprise Gatekeeper for customer experience strategies, standards, processes and implementation changes Created CEM monthly meetings to collaborate and coordinate all CEM projects Manage continuous improvement on Voice of the Customer survey programs, post visit social media, mystery shopper and customer experience analytics Manage, update and maintain all recognition programs relating to customer experience, enhancing culture change with a program budget of $300K. Designed phone conversion pilot group to determine factors to increase measurement Resulted in increase of 3.9 points in percentage of phone calls converting to a sale, a leading contributor in increasing year over year service sales by 3.3%, tire sales by 4.4% and customer count by 3.1%
