Daily Duties at Valley Hi Nursing Home:
Oversee second shift food preparation and clean up. - Responsible for the preparation, cooking, storing of food for all retail/patient locations in th. Used quantity food preparation techniques and followed recipes to prepare food consistent with the company quality standards. Ensured that all food was fresh, using batch cooking, was prepared under sanitary conditions with safe food handling practices and was served at the proper temperatures. Made sure that foods was prepared according to modified diet specifications.
