Daily Duties at The Standard Club:
Prepared foods for cold appetizers, and action stations, and parties of 500 people or more. Preparing a variety of salads and hors d’oeuvres Garnished dishes,Plating cold desserts, Keeping up with culinary trends and techniques Chopping, dicing and carving fruits and vegetables,Make sure area is clean and up to health code standards,Ordered and stocked of necessary food for station, Washed all fruits and vegetables,Inspected food for freshness and quality Coordinated with other stations to ensure timely delivery of orders Followed the standards and plating procedures of the executive chef Sent out butters, cold sauces and spreads with correct dishes Filled-in for other stations, when needed
