Daily Duties at Fairview Care Center Of Joliet:
Direct everyday dietary functions. Responsible for the supervision of all Food and Nutrition personnel; directs and delegates the daily operations of Food and Nutrition services to ensured proper provision of service. Ensured that each workstation was properly staffed and equipped to department specifications. Implemented and executed proper policies and procedures concerning use of all equipment throughout department. Ensured that all equipment used by all personnel was used as the manufacturer intends and ensured that all equipment defects were reported promptly following department procedure. Practiced all implemented procedures to maintain a sanitation level above and beyond all JCAHO, OSHA, HACCP, local, state and federal regulations.
