Daily Duties at Acs Student Loan Services:
Led five departments for a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider, handling Student Loan Servicing for 1.4 million borrowers on behalf of institutions of higher learning throughout the country. Coordinated daily operations of the Collections/Skip Trace, In–Bound Call Center, Monetary Processing, Transaction Processing, and Specialized Servicing Departments. Forecasted needs, formulated projections, prepared the Annual Budget. Launched programs that grew client satisfaction from 2.8% to 4.6% (5.0 scale) in two years. Reduced borrower delinquency from 11.9% 8.3% within two years. Reduced loan loss reserves from $2.2 million to $1.1 million between 2002 and 2006. Reduced operating expenses by 18% over a period of three years.
