Daily Duties at Anything Goes Construction:
Responsible for all aspects of starting and continuing to run a successful construction business within a declining market Being a small company with 3-5 employees on payroll, I relied on subcontractors to fill it as the jobs required. Several companies would supply men for their trades with a work force of 6-9 men. Advertising, cost estimating, contacting prospective clients, closing projects, developing budgets, buy-out of materials, tracking costs and formal close out. Directly dealing with all trades involved in the construction business, i.e. electricians, plumbers, HVAC, drywall, framers, etc.
