• Supervise Case Managers on their individual cases. • Review all documentation and sign-off on Progress Notes, Psychosocial Evaluations, Individual Service Plans and 180 Day Service Plan reviews. • Interface with residents and Case Managers when required. • Review case records to ensure documentation compliance. • Attend Management meetings and external agency meetings when required. • Perform scheduled Performance Evaluations on Mental Health staff. • Performance In- service training to staff on case management techniques.
