Community Access Work Values

Daily Duties at Community Access:

• Over-all supervision of program and program staff, and front desk staff. • Monitoring program budget and on-site financial procedures and records. • Assuring maximum occupancy of building. • Liaison with project’s co-sponsors, managing agents and community agencies. • Supervising tenant selection, including liaison with the intake department. • Regulatory & charting compliance. • Supervision of volunteers. • Supervising of on-site vocational, educational and recreational activities. • Supervision of on-site consumer initiatives and overall development of tenant community. • Supervision of staff scheduling. • Crisis intervention /on call 24 hrs. • Program Quality Assurance. • Hiring, evaluation, reprimanding, and terminating employees. • Dissemination of management information. • Organizing and supervising staff trainings. • Liaison with property management on physical plant and rent payment • Participation in agency quality assurance committee and other agency committees.
