Built and maintained competitive-resistant partnerships with 95 accounts throughout West Broward County including restaurants, hotels, sports bars and corporate accounts: o Secured strong growth by expanding product portfolio, developing and executing in-location promotions, and constant attention to detail to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Planned and implemented customer-specific professional presentations, pricing strategies, and tactical discounts in to accomplish supplier’s volume and company’s revenue/margin objectives Grew strong customer relationships by establishing in-person contact schedule prioritized by current & potential sales volume, merchandising plans, inventory strategies, and to optimize coverage time availability & minimize costs Created reports and territory audit results vs. goals during implementation of programs to measure success; if not meeting objectives, determined reasons and adjusted future programs to address
