-Retail Pharmacist in a clinic setting as well as a Clinical Pharmacist responsible for three clinics. -Weekly prescription quality assurance audits. - Drug information services for Physicians,nurses and patients. -Medication Therapy management (MTM) Lescol xl/ statin switch initiative to generic. - Medication Therapy Management (MTM)Star Rating Measure: patients with Diabetes should be on an ACE inhibitor or an ARB (angiotensin inhibitor) to control blood pressure. HEDIS Measure:Patients Diabetes and LDL less than 100
