Daily Duties at Ssdc Services Corp:
Serving as the company liaison to existing customers to maintain overall customer satisfaction and build key account relationships. Responsible for account development, account management and customer retention. Oversee customer service escalations, service implementations, proposals, contract negotiations, presentations and provide customers with financial return on investment reporting. Responsibilities also include identifying opportunities with existing customers, prospecting, building sales pipeline, updating CRM and sales team collaborations to drive sales results.
