• Co-directed a six-person task force as well as multiple, interdisciplinary subcommittees to execute the Mayor’s social services initiative to implement an $8M technology solution and data warehouse to effect a single integrated interface and service delivery across six distinct health and human services-related platforms. Published article on lessons learned, in Philadelphia Social Innovations Journal 2012.
