Performed all project management related functions for a leading FileMaker Developer start-up consultancy specializing in creating and implementing custom ERP/CRM tools. Led matrix teams of up to 15 members in all aspects of project management lifecycle. Prepared project plans complete with scope, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource requirements. Coordinated multiple concurrent projects and project phases with clients in medical device manufacturing, financial services, non-profit, and other industries. Directed requirements gathering, analysis, and specification creation for application development and implementation.
