Finance VP for Entertainment and Sports Properties divisions, which generated $200MM in revenue and $90mm in contribution annually while presenting over 700 events in seven venues (six owned). Responsibilities included forecasting revenues and expenses on a weekly and quarterly basis. P&L management of event products with flash P&L performance results communicated to senior management. Lead monthly financial review of past P&L event product with heads of operations and P&L owners, using payroll analysis metrics, targeting areas of weakness and significant variances, and designing solutions for corrections. Provide budget tasks of event products, support of event fiscal cycle including settlement, reconciliation and fiscal close. Provide accounting oversight and leadership, managing team of six managers. Provided operational review of budgets, compliance among all respective owners to their segment of budgets, and communicated approved budgets among operators. Estimated weekly and monthly cash flow for Treasurer for bank credit compliance and funding. Provided financial statements for quarterly review and generated annual budget plans working with key revenue operators and operations team. Negotiated labor contracts, providing financial cost accounting of each parties requests. Provided contract compliance with approved budgets with vendors and clients.
