Primary responsibilities include staffing of a 31 bed medical surgical unit, management of 24 FTE’s , which equates to 65 people directly reporting, payroll, scheduling, disciplinary actions, staff meetings, committee involvement, human resource responsibility, patient complaints and overall functioning of the unit.
