Daily Duties at Cardinal Health At Home/Independence Medical:

Responsibilities include leading a team of 6 FTE’s directly and 14 FTE’s indirectly. Responsible for an inside and outside sales team for a 300 million dollar territory. Primary responsibilities include direct management of employees. Call points include Durable Medical Equipment Owners, C-Level Executives of Manufacturers, and any other applicable employees with in customer’s business. Other responsibilities include growth and development of the team, co-traveling in 25 States/ 5 International locations with outside sales representatives, disciplinary actions, hiring, terminations, internal and external customer satisfaction, evaluating, forecasting, cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning. Multilevel selling of distribution services of all healthcare products, both branded and private label.
