Daily Duties at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals:
Supervise inhouse staff and later Global Service Provider in processing in the legacy A/R system and SAP. Training inhouse staff and Global Service Provider in SAP transaction processing. Respond to escalations from the Global Service Provider in a timely manner. Provide SAP support for other departments in order to resolve customer issues. Maintain Escheat database for Wyeth, liaison to outsourced unclaimed property vendor, participate in various escheatable property audits
