• Leading continuous improvement teams tasked with improving the on-time performance of all products within the Osseo facility - Accomplishments include a 40% on-time improvement through designing new schedule tools within the ERP system, new planning tools indicating planned versus actual, an efficient daily management meeting identifying clear actions and measurable results, and standard work • Implemented project management program focused on MS Project that works in unison with the ERP system (Epicor Vantage) - Co-managing 5+ parallel architectural projects with lead engineer to improve cost, quality, & schedule, from the current state • Currently leading & managing 4 projects (using MS project) using Lean Six Sigma methodology
