Daily Duties at American Specialty Health:
Created and maintained Group Contracts and all Producer Agreements. Assisted Group Account Representatives with group terminations/reinstatements, address changes, contact changes, etc. Assisted external brokers with commissions, appointments through the Department of Insurance, and any changes related to their files. Worked closely with the legal team and other departments in regards to redlined contracts. Maintained licenses and appointments for all internal Sales Representatives. Assisted manager with administrative duties such as various projects, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, etc.
