• System design and layout • Design for Manufacturability • Process and Instrumentation Diagrams, centrifugal pumps, PD pumps, butterfly valves with position verification, steam traps, steam trace, tag Id. • Project Management, project scope management, project time management, and project cost management. • Successful projects include: 25,000 Gallon milk silo installation, Automatic stretch wrapper installation, mechanical palletizing/stretch wrap equipment, robot palletizing equipment, x-ray product inspection equipment. • Work Breakdown Structure creation and management • SOP documentation for project handoff • Design custom aseptic processing equipment adhering to best practices for food processing equipment. • Re designed robotic end of arm tooling to improve load capacity using venturi style vacuum ejectors directly decreasing load movement time by 20% • Design collision detection system for robotic cells eliminating equipment damage from crashes.
