Daily Duties at Icf International:
Contracted with the Defense Security Service (DSS) Center for the Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) and served as the single point of contact for the entire project; supervised 8 contractors including Web and software developers, database administrators, and operations personnel and Audio/Visual designers. Solely responsible for recruiting, retaining and training of staff, approving time sheets and authorizing leave requests.
