Daily Duties at Visa:
Risk assessment and financial analysis of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Suppliers as part of the Global Sourcing as a Stakeholder function that reports into the company wide Supplier Risk Management Program. Research and financial modeling which involve both financial and credit risk. Development of procedures for Global Sourcing as part of this ongoing compliance effort. Review of contracts, balance sheets, cash flow and income statements. Contract template development and review with regards to new compliance procedures being implemented. Regulatory compliance matters and coordination with other Stakeholders from other departments. Advising legal and technical departments in drafting and setting up of escrow and supplier security requirements. Technology Focus Group member.
