Daily Duties at Du Page Medical Group :
During my tenure I provided leadership and education through seminars and one on one training to 20+ staff members * Coordinated activities and responsibilities of two Sleep Centers, which includes but is not limited to, patient and staff scheduling, staff training and education, equipment ordering and maintenance, development of new policies and procedures, patient and community education, quality assurance and staff evaluations, EMR (EPIC), Medicare guidelines * Responsible for the meticulous scoring and staging of the centers adult and pediatric polysomnograms and HST's per AASM criteria, with extensive knowledge of digital scoring and archiving, primarily Nihon Kohden systems
