Daily Duties at Speia Nutrition Of The U.S.V.I.:

• Review the storage units in the kitchen and create an order for food items to be purchased for the facility to prepare for summer camps enrolled to receive meals for their participants • Submit purchasing orders for food items for the kitchen in which I was stationed • Document the amount of children who will be in attendance each week for each camp • Document the arrival and departure of each employee for the kitchen facility • Prepare a spreadsheet using Microsoft office excel each week to exhibit the time each employee arrived to work and departed from work • Provide the Health Inspector with the spreadsheet stating the timed appearance and departure of each employee • Review the inventory list for the food items received that day for the kitchen facility • Alert the Associate Health Director if and when the kitchen facility would need more personnel based upon the number of camps enrolled every two weeks
