Facilitated all aspects of sales, marketing and operations. Developed and implemented business, merchandising and marketing plans. Participated in the development of company-wide automated budgeting system. Recruited to participate on many and varied company Strategic Task Forces. Direct liaison between senior management, corporate disciplines, field management and Boston Consulting Group. Supervised and coordinated the development efforts of our company’s four-year strategic plan and new store structure. Worked closely with the Vice President of Human Resources, implementing said plans company-wide. Conducted analysis of acquired companies to evaluate method of sales, operations, IS systems, merchandising and presented and implemented those plans successfully. Trained and managed implementation staff to assist store personnel in initiation of new systems. Represented Senior Field Management in varied multi-disciplinary work groups. Project Manager Integrations Knox Lumber, Lumberjacks, Somerville Lumber Achievements • Managed the integration and conversion of both manual and automated systems of a $240 million dollar acquired Hugh M. Woods Lumber company into parent company. • Participated in the development and supervised implementation of all new systems, merchandising plans, integration and training of accounting practices in field and distribution center locations. • Designed, developed, and implemented automated systems for all acquisitions into PCI operations. • Managed the integration and conversion of a $220 million acquired company, Knox Lumber, while completing the integration process 2 months ahead of schedule. • Completed store-merchandising process while maintaining a net store sales gain of 6.2%, Trained District Manager in all areas of responsibilities.
