I was accountable for the day to day operations of $190 million District. Responsible for developing and monitoring District Staff and Store Management, driving profitable revenue, improving Guest experiences through service initiatives while implementing corporate operations and policies. Provide operations and merchandising training, education and support for Store Directors and Associates, while focusing on Guest experience. Ensure implementation and adherence of corporate operations, merchandising policies, and Human Resource programs. I was accountable for increasing gross margins while reducing transitional merchandise and simultaneously introducing new product lines to our Guest. Evaluate and develop current operational and merchandising programs for strengths and effectiveness.
