Daily Duties at Vision Solutions:
Managed the sales and services of Professional Services Portfolio Worldwide. The portfolio of architecture and integration consisted of consulting, design, project management, integration and training. In addition provided 2nd level onsite technical support working to resolve technical issues directly with Product Engineering. Performance measurements were Profit and Loss, Service Quality, Client Satisfaction/Retention, and Employee Turnover.
