Daily Duties at State Employees Credit Union:
I had a large staff of 25 employees 21 of which were all my direct reports. I did have A New Accounts Supervisor, a Loan Supervisor and a Teller Supervisor and an Assistant Manager. I was responsible for running an extremely busy branch and the day to day operations, while delivering a high level of quality customer service and meeting the branches goals. I was also charged to go out into the community to solicit businesses in a 5 mile radius to join the credit unions membership.
