I was responsible to ensure we were meeting our goals within the branch network and I held the Retail Manager accountable for this who was my direct report. I was also responsible as a Business Banking Specialist for meeting my goals of business banking which were loan penetration, deposit accounts, treasury services, merchant services, etc.
