Daily Duties at Suntrust Bank Na:
I have a portfolio of clients that I work with regarding their business banking needs. I meet with my clients as needed on an appointment basis primarily and occasionally via the phone to discuss their business needs. Through conversation I am able to uncover and or recommend products and services to assist them. Often times the client will reach out to me for specific needs and I offer solutions to meet those needs. I recommend services to include Lending, Treasury Management, DDA Accounts, Merchant Services, Wealth Management, Investments etc. If there is interest based upon my recommendations in the areas of Merchant, Wealth, Investments and some Treasury products, I involve the line of business partners that I work closely with to help satisfy that need(s).
