Daily Duties at Icon Information Consultants:

• Work independently from an off-site home office staying engaged via e-mail and telecommuting (HQ based in Houston, TX). • Build book of national clients through prospecting, follow-up, and networking. • Maintain established accounts and grow those accounts by driving contract utilization and inside sales efforts. • Create rapport with client contacts and PMO/VMS/MSP contacts to nurture relationships. • Negotiate agreements with various levels within a client or client program. • Participate in client engagement via reviews and entertaining. • Analyze and review RFP/RFI inquiries from clients and design solutions in tandem with colleagues. • Report out client prospects challenges, successes, and opportunities to sales and company leadership. • Represent company at national conventions and meetings related to Supplier Diversity and company designations including WBENC. • Assist CEO&CFO with identifying process improvements. • Create pertinent account documentation and presentations for company leadership and back-office teams supporting client operations. • Responsible for client on-boarding, off-boarding, invoicing, and receivables audits (internal).
