• Developed and implemented policy and all standard operating procedures for the functional unit which streamlined processes, created efficiencies and reduced errors; • Advised VP on policy, personnel, and budget issues; • Served as the lead solution strategist and writer for RFPs; • Conducted research and data analyses; • Coordinated training of staff in functional unit and cross training with other functional units; • Supervised all aspects of item and test development activities for multi-million dollar state education contracts; and • Worked with clients and counterparts in partner and professional organizations to identify best-practice solutions to assessment problems.
