Daily Duties at Radio Shack:
Provided leadership for multi-functional teams and developed strategic alliances to revitalize overall business. Analyzed underperforming markets and created turnaround plans. Drove growth by implementing strategic and tactical initiatives. Developed internal and external talent through training and mentoring to meet business objectives. Accountability for 14 regions, 125 districts encompassing 2200 stores, 10,000 associates across 20 states and the Caribbean, totaling $1.8 billion in revenue. Full P&L responsibility and focus on assessing markets strategically from a competitive standpoint and build market specific plans to grow revenues and profitability for the Division. Achievements:
